Our Story
In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, as Sri Lanka grappled with the dual challenges of a national brain drain and economic hardship, we saw an opportunity to not only address those pressing issues but also usher in a new era of innovation and progress in our homeland. Driven by a commitment to making a difference, we founded Ceylon Engineering Service in 2023—an engineering firm striving to be a catalyst for change and resilience in Sri Lanka’s post-pandemic economy.
The journey began with the realization that despite the brain drain, Sri Lanka retains a wealth of untapped potential; we saw an opportunity to leverage our global experience and invest in the next-generation Sri Lankan workforce. In conjunction with our local partners, CES set out to provide high-quality engineering services tailored specifically for Sri Lanka’s industries, infrastructure, and communities.
